I am a Professional Interim HR Contractor, Consultant and Project Manager and typically available for Interim Engagements from October to March annually. Dependant upon business needs my availability contracting window may be extended upon discussion with your business.

I have worked in all HR related fields for in excess of 25 years now and held various HR Director roles in the latter half of my career. I am able to operate at all levels in any business and am as comfortable performing in an operational role, as I am, in a strategic role.
My 25 years plus years of experience means that I have operated in all possible HR roles that the profession covers and so my knowledge is extensive having learned my 'trade' from grass routes' upwards. I am highly adaptable, flexible and responsive to all business needs. I also have a keen eye for detail.

I am commercially savvy and believe in keeping 'it' simple wherever & whenever it is possible. I have a practical down to earth approach and will keep jargon to a minimum whilst focused on delivering the outputs.
My goal is to allow People Teams to focus on aligning with and supporting business leaders whilst I focus on key deliverables that a business may require at the time of my engagement with them.
